LAWET – User Guide for Tow Truck Drivers
LAWET is a platform for tow truck drivers where you can accept orders for execution and create orders for other drivers, earning a reward for it.
The principle is simple:
When you accept and complete an order, a system-defined amount is deducted from your balance.
When you create an order and another driver completes it, you receive a financial reward.
This way, you can earn money not only by completing orders but also by creating them for other drivers.
To go "Online" and start receiving orders, you need to complete two steps:
Once these steps are completed, the "Go Online" button will become available.
When you are in the "Online" status, you will start receiving orders.
⚠ Important:
After completing an order, the system will automatically deduct the specified amount from your balance.
If your balance drops below 60 PLN and auto top-up is not enabled, your status will change to "Offline", and you will stop receiving orders.
1. "Główna" – How to Start Working
This section allows you to view all the orders you have completed.
2. "Moje zamówienia" – Viewing Current and Completed Orders
You can not only complete orders but also create them for other tow truck drivers.
How it works:
In the "Add Order" section, provide the order details:
Submit the order, and it will become available for other drivers.
Once the order is completed, you will receive a reward, which will be credited to your balance.
This feature allows you to earn not only from towing services but also from organizing orders.
3. "Dodaj zamówienie" – How to Create a New Order
This section allows you to track the status of the orders you have created.
4. "Dodane zamówienia" – Your Created Orders
In this section, you can add the vehicles used for towing services.
5. "Samochody firmy" – Managing Your Vehicle List
This section allows you to manage your funds within the system.
Available options:
Link a bank card for easy balance top-up.
Enable auto top-up – if your balance drops below 60 PLN, the system will automatically top it up to the specified amount from your linked card.
Manually top up your balance at any time.
Set up withdrawals – specify a bank account for payments.
Withdraw earnings to your bank account.
6. "Płatności" – Balance Top-Up, Auto Top-Up, and Withdrawals
This section allows you to see the full history of transactions on your account, including:
Balance top-ups,
Deductions for completed orders,
Withdrawals to your bank account,
Rewards received for created orders.
